The Opportunity

Administer the Commercial Auto Flood Insurance program by ordering flood determination forms from Ally’s chosen vendor(s), provide direction to the RBC's as to which buildings require flood insurance and in what amount, review flood insurance policies for compliance with regulatory guidance and Ally policies and procedures, renew flood insurance policies in accordance with regulatory guidance, prepare and maintain flood reporting.

  • Ensure expenses are properly allocated to appropriate cost center.
  • Continuously review and update process maps.
  • Adhere to company policies/procedures and elevate any matters that are not compliant.
  • Follow departmental processes to ensure established metrics are achieved, dealer and matrix partners’ expectations are met, and loss exposure is mitigated.
  • Provide stakeholders frequent status updates and solicit feedback.
  • Proactively work to resolve internal conflicts and develop effective working relationships.
The Skills You Bring
  • HS Diploma or equivalent required
  • 3+ years in customer service or financial services industry is needed.
  • Bachelor's degree in business related discipline preferred.
  • Knowledge of commercial insurance and flood insurance regulations a plus.
  • Ability to perform technical based activities.
  • Knowledge of and exposure to fundamental theories, principles, and concepts.
  • Leveraging technical expertise and relationships to contribute to strategy and drive business results. Ability to produce documents, spreadsheets, databases, etc. with Windows-based software.
