The Illinois Department of Public Health seeks a highly motivated professional to review and process complaint and facility incident allegations of abuse, neglect and/or misappropriation of resident property. Participates and travels to conduct unlicensed investigations.
Provides clinical oversight and supervision to the Division’s Facility Incident and Monitor Program. Serves as a working supervisor and provides coverage for the Central Complaint Registry as needed.
