Field Operations Program Administrator

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support field operations programs, initiatives, and campaigns
• Assist with implementation planning, timelines, communications, and program tracking
• Maintain program documentation, FAQs, and operational resources
• Monitor program processes and support compliance with established guidelines
• Track program metrics, reporting, and expenses
• Support vendor coordination and issue resolution as needed
• Identify process improvement opportunities and help streamline workflows
• Prepare reports, summaries, and updates for leadership and stakeholders

• 3–5+ years of experience in field operations, program coordination, sales operations, or related support roles
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Excel and Power Point
• Experience working across cross-functional teams
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Insurance or financial services experience (preferred)
• Experience supporting field or sales organizations (preferred)
• Familiarity with survey tools, reporting platforms, or Learning Management Systems (LMS) (preferred)
• Exposure to AI tools or emerging technologies (preferred)
