Our e-discovery platform is used by more than 13,000 organizations worldwide to manage large volumes of data and quickly identify key issues during litigation, internal investigations, and compliance projects.
Responsibilities- Drive the short‑ and long‑term roadmap for document conversion and enrichment teams, collaborating with internal and external end users, engineering, enablement, sales, and other customer‑focused teams.
- Work with other data enrichment product managers and stakeholders to create a cohesive, intuitive enrichment architecture that improves the user experience of processing and other enrichment consumers.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing to increase adoption of document conversion technology and craft artifacts that articulate its benefits.
- Ensure customers have successful experiences by working with Relativity enablement teams and addressing any barriers to adoption with urgency.
- Customer Centric: Connect with external and internal customers to understand their workflows and needs, validate solutions, and prioritize tasks based on impact and outcomes.
- Product Leadership: Own the product roadmap and backlog, make decisions on feature prioritization, work with product leads to develop strategy and goals, track key metrics, facilitate cross‑functional communication, and resolve conflicts around product vision.
- Technical Leadership: Partner closely with engineering to ensure the product meets scalability, reliability, usability, observability, efficiency, and performance standards; understand cloud platform architecture, technical challenges, and future implications.
- Product Implementation: Break large projects into iterative releases, create measurable implementation plans, align cross‑functional teams, translate designs into story cards with acceptance criteria, and develop external and internal go‑to‑market content including documentation and release notes.
- Proven experience in product management for developer‑facing platform products, preferably native libraries, distributed messaging systems, and workflow orchestration infrastructure.
- Solid understanding of the software development lifecycle and agile methodology.
- Comfort with data, including using it to analyze and monitor product health, set goals, back assumptions, and track success.
- Excitement and curiosity about complex problems, systems, and interactions.
- A team player who validates solutions and delivers features from inception to delivery.
- Detail orientation while focusing on big‑picture objectives.
- Excellent written and verbal communication and presentation skills.
- 3+ years of product management experience building custom software.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Computer Science, Engineering, Design, or comparable work experience.

Relativity is committed to competitive, fair, and equitable compensation practices. This position is eligible for total compensation that includes a competitive base salary, an annual performance bonus, and long‑term incentives. The expected salary range for this role is $115,000 to $173,000. The final offered salary will be based on several factors, including but not limited to the candidate’s depth of experience, skill set, qualifications, and internal pay equity.
Hiring at the top end of the range would not be typical to allow for future meaningful salary growth in this position.
