Position Overview:
Under direction, serves as independent examiner in charge of all phases of a real estate brokerage physical or virtual office examination, an auction firm examination, or a community association management firm examination. Prepares a written comprehensive report of examination, which is submitted for supervisory review and subsequent follow-up with the regulated entity's executive, and/or to the proper administrative or disciplinary manager for disposition.
Travels to meet onsite with regulated entity's executive to report findings of the examination and develops recommendations and corrective actions in areas containing significant weaknesses and deficiencies. Independently analyzes data and information to audit special accounts of moneys belonging to others held by the regulated entity. Performs other duties as required or assigned which are reasonably within the scope of the duties enumerated above.
