- Advanced skills in business transformation and process optimization
- Experience leading strategic operations management initiatives in health services
- Strong analytical thinking to drive operational excellence
- Excellent stakeholder engagement and relationship building skills
- Innovative change management strategies for client support
- Effective coaching and feedback to develop high-performing teams
