Senior Director, Oncology Market Access Marketing

Role Overview

This position leads the development and execution of integrated market access strategies across the Oncology portfolio, supporting existing and future cancer treatments. The role involves collaborating with cross‑functional teams such as Managed Care, HEOR, Medical, and Global Marketing to ensure alignment on market access, launch strategies, and financial planning.

• Develop and implement strategic plans for market access, channel management, and product launches.
• Manage budgets, financial modeling, and governance in partnership with finance teams.
• Lead external stakeholder engagement, including payers, GPOs, and healthcare providers.
• Oversee performance metrics and optimize account management through data‑driven decisions.
• Foster cross‑functional collaboration, influence senior leadership, and ensure cohesive strategy execution.
• Identify new market opportunities and drive initiatives to expand access and deepen customer relationships.
• Manage alliance relationships, ensuring compliance and effective communication.

• Bachelor’s degree required; advanced degrees preferred.
• Over 12 years of healthcare industry experience, including 10+ years in sales/marketing and 3+ years in Market Access.
• Proven leadership in complex, matrixed environments and managing teams.
• Strong understanding of oncology, payer systems, healthcare policy, and data analytics.
• Excellent communication, problem‑solving, and strategic influence skills.
