Mercer University is seeking a Resident Assistant for the Upward Bound summer program. You will cultivate a positive living environment that fosters belonging and helps students form peer relationships.
Responsibilities include maintaining visibility, attending events, touring the residence hall, interacting with residents, and documenting behavioral concerns. You may lift 20lbs and assist with event setup and cleanup throughout the summer. Pay is $16 per hour for 40 hours per week.
