Job Title
Responsible for facilitating the planning, coordination, and execution of a portfolio of initiatives aligned with one or more enterprise strategic priorities.
Salary RangeUSD $37.43/Hr. to USD $58.02/Hr.
LocationSpringfield, IL
QualificationsMinimum Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, Information Systems, or related field required.
- Graduate degree in Business, Healthcare Administration, Project Management, Organizational Development, or related field preferred.
Licensure/Certification/Registry:
- Project Management Professional, Program Management Professional, Lean Six Sigma, or related certification required.
Experience:
- Five or more years of experience in structured project management, program management, strategy execution, operations, transformation, or related work required.
- Experience leading complex, cross-functional initiatives or programs with multiple work streams required.
- Experience working with executive sponsors, senior leaders, project teams, and operational stakeholders required.
- Experience managing initiative schedules, milestones, risks, issues, decisions, dependencies, and status reporting required.
- Healthcare experience preferred.
- Experience supporting enterprise strategy execution, transformation, project portfolio management, or EPMO/PMO functions preferred.
Other Knowledge/Skills/Abilities:
- Demonstrated knowledge of project and program management principles, methodologies, tools, and governance practices.
- Ability to facilitate planning, execution, monitoring, and closure of complex initiatives.
- Ability to manage interdependencies, risks, issues, decisions, and resource constraints across multiple initiatives.
- Strong analytical, planning, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Demonstrated ability to influence without direct authority and build alignment across cross-functional teams.
- Ability to support structured decision-making, prioritization, and escalation processes.
- Proficient with Microsoft Office products, including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint required.
- Experience with Smartsheet, Microsoft Project, Project Web Application, strategic portfolio management systems, Visio, or similar tools preferred.
