Regional Clinic Supervisor – Region Northeast

• Oversee Clinic Intake schedules weekly and daily to ensure clinics are staffed
• Support, guide and provide ongoing training to Clinic Intake Specialists and Senior Clinic Intake Specialists
• Address Clinic Intake staff issues and concerns and communicate necessary follow-up to the RCM
• Onboard and train new Clinic Intake staff
• Identify training needs and development opportunities for subordinates
• Develop work schedules and assign duties to ensure efficiency
• Discuss job performance concerns, identify causes and issues, and work with HR to resolve problems
• Evaluate subordinate job performance and recommend appropriate personnel action
• Ensure compliance with company Wage & Hour policy, including rest and meal breaks for non-exempt employees
• Travel frequently to clinics within Indiana, Illinois, Michigan, Missouri, Ohio, and Pennsylvania

• Bachelor's degree in relevant field of study and 3+ years of relevant professional experience required, or equivalent combination of education and experience
• Proficient in written and verbal communication
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Outlook, Adobe Acrobat, and beginner knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Power Point
• Ability to multitask and delegate
• Knowledge of HIPAA and security requirements
• Basic knowledge of medical terminology
• Knowledge of company policies and procedures
• Caring, positive and patriotic attitude toward assisting wounded veterans
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
• Only US Citizens or Green Card holders can be considered
• Must currently and permanently reside in the Continental US
• Internet speed of 20 mbps or higher
• Wi-Fi or Category 5 or 6 ethernet connectivity to the home router
• Private work area and adequate power source

Demonstrates strong leadership in overseeing clinic intake operations, ensuring compliance with policies, and providing training and support to staff. Proficient in communication and multitasking, with a focus on enhancing team performance and addressing personnel issues.
