Position Summary
The Lead Business Analyst will manage all business analysis activities, requirements gathering, process analysis, user story development, and functional design support activities throughout the project lifecycle.
Primary Responsibilities- Conduct stakeholder workshops and requirement gathering sessions.
- Analyze business needs and document requirements.
- Maintain Requirements Traceability Matrix (RTM).
- Document current-state business processes.
- Design future-state workflows and process improvements.
- Facilitate requirement review and validation meetings.
- Support solution design and functional discussions.
- Review and validate functional specifications.
- Participate in configuration and design workshops.
- Prepare test scenarios and test cases.
- Support User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
- Ensure all business requirements are addressed and tested.
- 5+ years business analysis experience.
- CBAP preferred.
- Experience in public sector projects preferred.
