• Manage field operations and contract administration, including safety, personnel, subcontract scheduling, material and equipment procurement, and schedule.
• Develop and enforce safety plans for all planning and field operations activities.
• Handle contract management, identifying potential change orders, scope changes, field conditions, and performance issues.
• Create and manage budgets.
• Build and maintain subcontractor and vendor relationships, mitigating risk exposure and cost overruns.
• Plan equipment types, personnel skill sets, means, methods, and update schedules.
• Maintain accurate cost accounting, schedule impacts, change order logs, and communication logs.
• Submit monthly cost-to-complete projections.
• Manage contract value adjustments due to weather, conditions, authorized change orders, pending change orders, and completed quantities.
• Weekly report and compile completed quantities in Viewpoint.
• Accurately complete budget changes weekly.
• Reconcile all change orders every 30 days with customers, vendors, and subcontractors.
• Update change order log to verify current contract amount.
• Track and record purchase order committed costs.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field. A combination of education and experience will be considered in lieu of a degree.

• 10+ years of project management in heavy civil and bridge construction.
• Excellent communication skills, problem‑solving ability, and a team‑oriented management approach.
• OSHA 30‑Hour certification.

• Salary – $140,000 – $160,000/year with ongoing performance review and merit increase
