Salary $100,000 - $150,000 per year

We are seeking a highly skilled construction professional to oversee field operations, manage subcontractors, uphold safety standards, and ensure that projects are delivered on time and on budget. This role requires strong leadership, clear communication, and the ability to solve problems proactively while maintaining positive relationships with owners, trades, and internal teams.

• 5+ years of experience in commercial, industrial, or large‑scale construction
• Proven ability to lead field teams and manage day‑to‑day jobsite operations
• Strong knowledge of scheduling, safety programs, and quality standards
• Experience coordinating subcontractors and suppliers
• Ability to read and interpret construction documents
• Excellent communication, leadership, and decision‑making skills
• Strong commitment to safety and team‑oriented collaboration
