Assistant Project Manager — Ground-Up Construction

We’re working with a global General Contractor headquartered in the West Loop that’s looking to add an Assistant Project Manager to their growing team.

Their portfolio includes a diverse mix of industrial, commercial, residential, hospitality, and civil projects
, with a strong emphasis on ground-up construction ranging anywhere from $5M to $500M

• Support Project Managers through all phases of construction
• Assist with budgeting, scheduling, RFIs, submittals, and change management
• Coordinate with subcontractors, field teams, architects, and engineers
• Help drive execution on complex ground-up projects
• Gain exposure to integrated design-build delivery environments

• 2–5+ years of experience with a General Contractor
• Ground-up project experience preferred
• Exposure to larger-scale commercial or industrial projects is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Someone looking for long-term growth within a highly collaborative environment
• $100K – $120K base salary + bonus
• Half-day Fridays year-round
