Renewyx have partnered with one of Illinois' most respected commercial general contractors to find an experienced Construction Project Manager / Estimator ready to take ownership of high-value projects across healthcare, multifamily, and climate-controlled storage.

This is a business that has built its reputation on delivering complex, occupied healthcare environments and large-scale multifamily schemes without cutting corners. With a strong pipeline across Illinois and a leadership team that genuinely invests in the people around them, this is a place where your decisions carry weight and your work is visible.

The role sits at the intersection of estimating and delivery — you'll price new work, manage subcontractor relationships, and lead projects from pre-construction through closeout. If you're the type who thrives when you own the process end to end, this is your seat.

• 5+ years in commercial construction as a PM, Estimator, or dual-role
• Track record on healthcare, multifamily, or self-storage projects
• Confident pricing subcontractor scopes and managing bid packages
• Strong grip on schedules, budgets, and owner-facing communication
• Experience managing projects from $2M to $30M+
• Comfortable in Procore, Bluebeam, or similar platforms
• Based in or willing to work across Illinois
• Degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or equivalent experience
