Wastewater Project Manager - Field-Driven Construction

The Project Manager oversees construction projects from initial review through completion by evaluating scope, schedule, and budget, coordinating with project teams, and managing contract requirements. You will manage a phase of a large complex project or manage multiple medium sized projects. You will work closely with field staff to keep work on track, maintain quality, and address issues as they arise.

You will build strong client and contractor relationships, supports weekly coordination efforts, and contributes project performance data for future estimating needs.

• Manage wastewater/heavy civil construction projects from start through completion.
• Oversee project scope, schedules, budgets, and overall project execution.
• Manage multiple crews, field operations, and subcontractor coordination.
• Work closely with General Managers, field teams, and onsite crews to ensure project timelines and quality standards are met.
• Coordinate project scheduling, reporting, and issue resolution.
• Support client communication and maintain project progress updates.
• Utilize systems such as Bluebeam, B2W (Bid to Win), and Microsoft Project for scheduling and project coordination.
• Maintain a hands-on, “boots on the ground” leadership approach onsite

• Bachelor’s degree in construction management or civil engineering or related and 2+ years of related experience in Construction, or equivalent combination of both
• 1-3 years of experience in waste water, concrete, or heavy civil
• Industrial and Mechanical background preferred
• Must possess a valid driver license for the type(s) of vehicles which may be driven and an acceptable driving record
• Travel required; this position requires extensive travel of 50-75%
