Construction Project Manager; Commercial Ground

We are partnered with a trusted, premier Commercial Ground-Up General Contractor headquartered in McHenry County, IL, with a footprint which spans across the Midwest and Southeast.

With a diverse and robust pipeline ensuring consistent project flow. You will oversee diverse, high-profile projects from inception to handover, including:

• Commercial & Retail: Ground-up retail builds and modern restaurants.
• Interiors: High-end corporate and office transformations.
• Specialized Sectors: Hospitality, institutional, and multifamily residential communities.

We are looking for a detail-oriented Project Manager to lead teams, drive schedules, and deliver excellence. You’ll be the bridge between clients, subcontractors, and field staff.

Ideally you'd have 3+ years of experience as a Project Manager (commercial ground-up experience is a major plus) and a degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field is highly preferred (but proven field experience speaks volumes).
