If you are a results-oriented professional with over 3 years of estimating experience in various markets such as commercial, healthcare, educational, multifamily, and office, we want to hear from you!
Key Responsibilities:- Prepare and estimate budget costs for construction, including labor and material expenses.
- Utilize Conceptual Design and Value Engineering as required to optimize project outcomes.
- Draft and deliver comprehensive budgets, reports, and project plans.
- Manage multiple, concurrent estimates across various projects.
- Collaborate effectively with clients, owners, field personnel, and design teams while also being able to work independently.
- Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or a related field.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience as an Estimator in commercial, multifamily, healthcare, educational, or office sectors.
- Experience in managing projects valued up to $50M.
- Proficient in construction management software and tools.
- Ability to adapt to evolving project needs and priorities.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Commitment to delivering exceptional customer service.
- Competitive base salary ranging from $70,000 to $130,000, dependent on experience.
