We’re looking for a General Superintendent to oversee field operations across multiple large-scale construction projects throughout the Greater Chicago Area.

Our client is recognized for delivering complex projects through an integrated design-build approach built on disciplined planning and execution. You’ll join an experienced leadership team delivering some of the Greater Chicago Area’s most complex commercial construction projects.

You’ll partner with Project Executives, Project Managers and Superintendents to provide field leadership, coordinate construction activities, maintain project schedules, uphold safety, resolve field issues and support successful project delivery across multiple jobsites.

• 12+ years of experience preferably with a Top ENR GC
• Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering or equivalent experience
• Experience leading large commercial, industrial, mixed-use, mission critical, manufacturing or other complex construction projects
• Proven leadership, communication and decision-making skills

Competitive compensation package ranging from $185,000 to $255,000, with a 20–30% annual bonus opportunity, company truck or vehicle allowance, generous PTO, retirement benefits and long-term career growth.
