Senior Brand Designer

Fast-growing tech startup based in downtown Chicago looking for a Senior Brand Designer to help shape and evolve our visual identity as we scale. This is a hands‑on role for a designer who thrives in a high‑energy, fast‑paced environment and loves building brands from the inside out. You’ll work closely with product, marketing, and leadership to bring the brand to life across every touchpoint.

• Lead the development and evolution of the company’s brand identity
• Design high-impact creative across digital, product, marketing, and experiential touchpoints
• Translate complex ideas into clear, compelling visual stories
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams including product, growth, and leadership
• Maintain and evolve brand guidelines to ensure consistency as the company scales
• Move quickly from concept to execution, balancing strategy with craft
• Stay ahead of design trends while keeping work grounded in business goals

• 6+ years of experience in brand design, visual design, or related roles
• Strong portfolio showcasing brand systems, campaigns, and real-world applications
• Experience working in fast‑paced environments (startup or high‑growth teams a plus)
• Expert knowledge of design tools (Figma, Adobe Creative Suite, etc.)
• Strong conceptual thinking with excellent attention to detail
• Ability to take ownership, work autonomously, and manage multiple projects
• Clear communicator who’s comfortable collaborating in person
