NRCA is hiring a Membership Engagement Manager to strengthen member relationships and drive engagement and retention. This role focuses on helping new and early-tenure members feel connected, supported, and fully aware of the benefits NRCA offers.

What You’ll Do
- Lead onboarding for new members via welcome outreach, orientation webinars and personalized guidance.
- Drive first-year and early-member engagement through check-ins, benefit reminders and renewal preparation.
- Promote ongoing retention by highlighting underused benefits.
- Track member activity in the association’s CRM and proactively support low-engagement members.
- Collect feedback and recommend improvements to enhance the member journey.
- Collaborate with internal teams and maintain accurate member records.
What We’re Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in relationship-focused roles such as membership management, customer engagement or client services (association/nonprofit experience preferred).
- Dynamic, energetic communicator with excellent written and conversational skills.
- Proven project-management abilities and comfort managing multiple priorities.
- Experience with CRM systems and data tracking.
- Proactive, service-oriented mindset with the ability to build trust and rapport with members.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
Compensation: $60,000 – $63,000 annually, commensurate with experience.
