Transaction Network Services (TNS) is seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide support for the Common Language Suite of Products. The candidate will need to have at least 3 years of customer service experience, excellent communication, and strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include handling customer inquiries, managing trouble tickets, and documenting issues. This position offers a pay range of $24 - $27 per hour, and candidates with knowledge of Microsoft Office will be preferred.
