Responsibilities

• Manage Interactions:
  Handle high volumes of inbound inquiries via phone, email, and/or live chat promptly and professionally.
• Problem Solving:
  Actively listen to customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and provide accurate, effective solutions.
• Product Knowledge:
  Develop a deep understanding of our products/services to answer questions and make relevant recommendations.
• Policy Management:
  Process policies, changes, payments, and other requests accurately within our company database.
• Customer Retention:
  Build sustainable relationships by going above and beyond to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.

Requirements

• Active General Lines Property & Casualty License, or willing to obtain them (licensing assistance available)
• Previous work experience in customer service, sales, marketing, promotions or telemarketing preferred.
• Self-motivated, dependable, and goal-oriented mindset
• Positive attitude and team-player mentality
• Possess a genuine willingness to learn, be intuitive and resourceful and be coachable.
• Proficiency to multi-task, follow-thru and follow-up.
• Excellent Communication and relationship-building skills along with professional phone etiquette.
