• Provide comprehensive general dentistry to patients of all ages.
• Perform restorative, removable, and anterior endodontic procedures.
• Learn and assist in advanced services such as guided implant placement and Invisalign.
• Educate patients on oral health and treatment options.
• Collaborate with team members to ensure optimal patient outcomes.
• Support a patient-first culture and uphold clinical excellence.

• DDS or DMD degree from an accredited dental school.
• Active or eligible Illinois dental license.
• Strong communication and clinical decision-making skills.
• Interest in mentorship and continuous learning.
• Open to new graduates and experienced providers.

• 4-day workweek with no weekends.
• $150,000 guaranteed base salary for the first two years.
• Average earnings between $250K to $300K; top performers exceed $400K.
• $20,000–$30,000 available in sign-on, relocation, CE bonuses.
• Partnership opportunity after 1 year.
