- Dates: Apr 1-3, 6-7, 20-21, May 4-5, 11-12, June 1-2.
- Hours: 8a-5p

Surgical Extractions
- Location

Springfield, IL - Pay Rate: $165.00 per hour
- Dates: March 31, Apr 6, 10, 17, 24, May 1, 4-8, 11-15, 18-23, 26-29, June 1-5, 8-12, 15-20, 22-26, 29-30, July 1-2.
- Hours: Mon-Thurs 8a-5p, Fri 8a-3p, Sat 8a-1p
- Procedures: Surgical extractions, Denture steps, Comprehensive treatment planning
- Active Dental License
- Active DEA License
- Current CV
