Our client continues to be a leader in the dental industry with offices throughout Illinois, Indiana, New Mexico, Texas, and Wisconsin.
SUMMARY OF COMPENSATION (varies based on location and experience):
- Average earning potential $250,000-$550,000 (Including New Graduates!).
- Daily minimum guarantee of $800 - $1,000.
- 30-35% of production paid on everything including X-rays (plus locational % premiums).
- Two weeks paid vacation time.
- Cash bonuses up to $80,000.
- Long Term Cash Incentives up to $60,000.
- Full medical benefits (includes family).
- Malpractice coverage.
- Sponsorship for H-1B, TN and Green Card available.
- $3,000 Continuing education allowance per year (plus automatic enrollment in a program for mentorship, proficiency and advanced skills training).
- License reimbursement.

- Responsible for providing high-quality dental care to our patients.
- Create dental treatment plans and coordinate oral health care during patient consultations.
- Ensure treatment plan is reviewed with each family and receive informed consents for treatments services.
- Deliver quality dental care to every patient.
- Repair decayed and broken teeth through restoration techniques, potentially extract teeth, and restore edentulous areas.
- Adhere to all federal and government regulations, including the state dental board rules and regulations, HIPPA and OSHA regulations.
- Provide leadership and direction to clinical support staff in all areas of patient treatment.
- Consistently portray a positive working attitude that fosters a pleasant work environment.
