We’re looking for a Dental Front Desk star (patient concierge) to be the first and last impression of MINT – setting the vibe the moment patients walk through the door.

• Greet every patient like they’re a VIP – because they are.
• Manage the daily schedule to keep patient flow smooth and efficient.
• Check patients in and out with warmth, professionalism, and precision.
• Handle payments and coordinate financial agreements with clarity and care.
• Support the clinical team and ensure every patient’s experience is seamless.
• Act as an MINT model and brand influencer – representing the MINT image with confidence and professionalism.
• Engage in social media opportunities, helping share the MINT experience online when needed.
• Build real connections – with patients, teammates, and our community.

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• 1+ year of customer service experience – dental or front desk is a plus.
• Strong multitasking skills – thrive in a fast‑paced environment.
• A warm, outgoing personality – love connecting with people.
• Social media savvy – comfortable engaging in photo moments or sharing our patient experience.
