Salary: $45–$49 per hour plus uncapped incentive plan. $15,000 sign‑on bonus, paid out at $1,000 a month for 15 months, beginning at 90 days of employment.

• Be a key partner in developing patient care plans alongside the doctor, using the American Academy of Periodontology guidelines.

• Associate degree or higher in dental hygiene from an accredited institution.
• Active dental hygiene license in the state of practice.
