Position: Dentist (Traveling) $50,000 sign-on bonus

Overview

Location:

Sherman, TX

We are seeking an Associate Dentist to join our growing team focused on providing high‑quality dental care to children and adults, primarily ages 3‑21 with an adult population up to 30%.

Responsibilities

Provide dental services to patients with the support of the team.

Maintain office flow, including an average of 10–12 operative patients and 20–25 hygiene patients per day.

Participate in activities that promote a positive image of the company, such as morning huddles, planning the day, appreciating team members, and highlighting customer focus.

Utilize Denta Pro software, a digital X‑ray and Panorex units, and fiber‑optic handpieces.

Adhere to yearly OSHA, HIPPA, and Emergency Management training requirements.

Patient base: primarily ages 3‑21; up to 30% adult population (depending on location).

State insurance plans, PPO, and out‑of‑network payor mix are accepted.

  • Yearly OSHA and HIPPA and Emergency Management training
  • Ratio: 1 hygienist, 1 hygiene assistant, 2 dental assistants per provider

Qualifications
  • DDS/DMD from a Commission on Dental Accreditation (CODA) accredited dental education program
  • Current, valid license to practice dentistry in the state(s) where providing care or eligible for licensure
  • Certifications:

    CPR, DEA;
    Nitrous Oxide certification (if applicable in LA, MS, DC, TX, MA)
  • Compassion and strong desire to provide dental care to children and adults
  • Reimbursement for associated licenses, certifications, and professional dues such as ADA and AAPD memberships
  • Schedule flexibility to support a healthy work/life balance
  • Visa and Green Card sponsorship available
