Are you a comprehensive General Dentist looking for more than routine restorative dentistry?

Advanced Dental Care of Springfield is seeking an experienced, growth-oriented Associate General Dentist to join our thriving private practice. We're looking for a dentist who is confident providing comprehensive care and excited about treating complex cases—not just hygiene checks and basic restorative procedures.

This is a true Super GP opportunity where you'll diagnose, treatment plan, and perform a broad range of procedures while practicing at the top of your license.

Work alongside two experienced dentists supported by an outstanding team of six dental hygienists, creating excellent patient flow and abundant treatment opportunities.

We're seeking a dentist who enjoys comprehensive dentistry and has experience—or a strong desire to continue developing—in:

• Comprehensive diagnosis and treatment planning
• Crown & bridge and restorative dentistry
• Surgical extractions
• Molar endodontics
• Implant dentistry
• Cosmetic dentistry
• Full-mouth rehabilitation
• Sedation dentistry (interest strongly preferred)

Full-Time

• Four clinical days per week
• Typical hours: 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
• Schedule determined collaboratively with the practice partners

• DDS or DMD from an accredited dental school
• Active Illinois dental license (or ability to obtain before start)
• Two or more years of clinical experience strongly preferred
• Confidence practicing comprehensive general dentistry
• Interest in practicing a broad clinical scope
• Interest in sedation dentistry preferred
• Excellent communication and relationship-building skills
• Commitment to delivering exceptional patient care
