Dental Hygienist
Springfield Dental Care is Hiring for a Full-Time Dental Hygienist, 4 Days/Week!
As a clinical provider and patient advocate, you'll be given all the resources you need to provide exceptional care, while expanding your clinical skillset. You'll work in an environment that encourages full clinical autonomy, backed by the ability to tap into a hygiene mentor program.

Springfield Dental Care is looking for a Dental Hygienist to join our fun and friendly team!
Schedule
- Monday 7:00am-4:00pm
- Tuesday 7:00am-5:00pm
- Wednesday 7:00am-4:00pm
- Thursday 7:00am-5:00pm
Consistent Patient Schedule
- Single column, averaging 6-8 patients per day
- 50 min recare
- 90 min SRPs
- 80 min new patient appointment!

Qualifications
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Dental Hygiene from an accredited program.
- Open to new graduates or experienced hygienists!
- A valid dental hygienist license in Illinois (or eligibility to obtain one).
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build lasting patient relationships.
- Current dental hygienist license
- Excellent working knowledge of dentistry, dental hygiene procedures, dental patient screening and medical history documentation
- CPR Certification
- Experience using Velscope, Diagnodent, digital scanner, digital x-rays and electronic medical record systems
- Desire to continue learning and grow clinical skills to meet needs of patients and provide preventative care and overall maintenance of patients' dental health
- Clinical needs as required by office
- Completion of Tuberculosis (TB) testing prior to starting employment
