Doctor Support Specialist

• Provide hands-on, field-based, and remote support and mentorship for doctors across the Clear Choice Network
• Travel regularly to assigned Centers
• Deliver training in best practices, clinical innovations, and proven Network standards, technologies, and materials
• Use performance and quality data to identify opportunities
• Partner with doctors to drive process improvements and capitalize on Center performance
• Help doctors practice at the top of their license
• Collaborate with Clinical Education, Operations, Field Leadership, HR, and other cross-functional departments
• Ensure Network resources are provided and standards are reinforced at the Center level
• Build credibility and trust with clinicians
• Influence outcomes through partnership and expertise rather than direct authority
• Do not perform clinical care on patients in the capacity of Doctor Support Specialist
• Provide direction to clinical employees only in a manner expressly approved by the duly licensed dentist responsible for the applicable dental practice

• Passion for the mission of Clear Choice and the patients served at Clear Choice Network Centers
• Ability to assess doctor and Center performance to identify opportunities for improvement
• Exceptional communication skills, with the ability to build and maintain trusted relationships with affiliated doctors
• High level of responsiveness, attention to detail, and organizational skills
• Willingness to voice concerns, elevate potential problems, and proactively identify solutions
• Ability to lead and manage multiple priorities simultaneously, driving results across cross-functional teams
• Bachelor's degree required
• DDS, DMD, or equivalent dental degree
• Completion of post-graduate training in prosthodontics
• Minimum of five (5) years of clinical experience in a dental implant center
• Focus on full-arch implant restoration
• Clear Choice practice experience is a plus, but not required
• Regularly required to work in an office environment and on-site at various Network dental implant Centers
• Regularly required to travel to Network dental implant Centers approximately 50-75% of the time

Demonstrates expertise in clinical mentorship and training within the dental implant field, focusing on performance improvement and best practices. Possesses strong communication and organizational skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams and build trust with clinicians.
