Job Description Primary Function The Salesperson/Designer is responsible for qualifying potential clients and partnering with them to create remodeling solutions that help them enjoy their home more. This role requires a strong listener, a creative problem-solver, and a capable designer who can clearly communicate their vision for the homeowner’s space.

Our designers are supported by an estimating and production team that helps deliver quality improvements to our clients’ most important investment—their home.

Major Responsibilities Manage and qualify inbound clients and their projects to determine fit with our services.

Work with client to establish what are challenges with their current space and what are the options of solutions.

Work with estimating team to establish detailed scope of work and necessary documentation for construction documents.

Support and guide the clients through the determination of project as well as through the remodel process.

Celebrate the success of a completed home enhancement.
