The Freelance Senior Producer directs the planning, development, and execution of multi-discipline marketing deliverables, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to quality standards. This role serves as a senior production lead on assigned engagements, partnering closely with cross-functional teams and external vendors to drive efficient, high-quality production outcomes. This role is accountable for ensuring work is delivered on time, on budget, and at the highest level of quality.

Experience supporting cosmetics, beauty, or personal care brands is a strong plus.

• Serve as a senior production lead across assigned projects, providing clear direction, accountability, and production expertise throughout planning and execution
• Lead production efforts in close partnership with tms cross-departmental teams, including account, creative, and studio

• Ensure a common understanding of all projects under development, aligning teams on scope, timelines, budgets, risks, and deliverables
• Develop and manage project bids, schedules, production plans, and milestones in collaboration with account and operations partners
• Identify, secure, and coordinate internal and external resources required to deliver projects on time and within budget
• Proactively identify production challenges, risks, or scope changes; initiate actions to resolve issues and communicate mitigation steps to stakeholders
• Serve as liaison between TMS and third-party vendors, including printers, studios, digital and video partners, and other specialized production vendors
• Manage vendor communication, schedules, quality expectations, and budget alignment for assigned projects
• Ensure vendor work meets technical, creative, and quality requirements

• Apply and uphold established production processes, tools, and quality standards while flexing solutions to meet project-specific needs
• Execute quality control reviews to ensure accuracy, consistency, and production excellence across deliverables
• Contribute production expertise, best practices, and recommendations to improve efficiency, workflows, and implementation productivity during engagements
• Maintain continued education and awareness of advances in print, digital, and video production technologies, implementing them when appropriate
• Foster a strong collaborative atmosphere across internal teams and external partners
• Participate in client and internal meetings as a senior production voice, advising on feasibility, timelines, production approach, and risk
• Support a shared vision across stakeholders to ensure successful, high-quality outcomes

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Production, Communications, or a related field
• 8–10 years of integrated production experience across traditional, digital, and video
