• Full Time – 40 hours per week (36 Bookable hours)
• Sign on Bonus: (If eligible) $25,000
• CME: $3,500/year for 1.0

• $[,133]. The pay rate offered is determined within the pay range and is dependent on a variety of factors, including but not limited to FTE, prior experience, certifications, degrees, subspecialties, projected volumes, and quality performance measures

• Graduate of an accredited and recognized medical school required.

• Eligible for medical licensing in the State of Illinois.

• Board certification/Board eligible in area of expertise.
