Establish a division while reserving 30% of protected time for teaching and research. Southern Illinois University (SIU) seeks a Urogynecologist to serve as Division Chief of Urogynecology and an Assistant or Associate Professor of Clinical Obstetrics & Gynecology. The incoming leader will practice in the recently opened, state‑of‑the‑art Pelvic Wellness Center at SIU Medicine in Springfield, Illinois.

• Lead the urogynecology division while teaching residents and mentoring future physicians
• Practice in the recently opened, state‑of‑the‑art Pelvic Wellness Center at SIU Medicine
• Partner with nurse practitioners leading the intake of new, diverse patient cases
• Join physicians who welcome mentorship and support ongoing professional growth
• Launch your own clinical research with coordinated teams and diverse avenues
• Balance 70% clinical time with 30% protected academic time
