BE​/BC Pulmonologist Opportunity | Large Physician Owned Multispecialty Group ] 2 Year Partnership Track

Springfield Clinic, a leading physician-owned, multi-specialty group in Illinois, is seeking an additional BE/BC Pulmonary Medicine Physician to join its collaborative team in Springfield with outreach in surrounding communities. With more than 660 providers across 80+ specialties and subspecialties, the Clinic offers a highly collaborative environment with the autonomy and partnership opportunities of a physician-led organization.

About the Practice

• Join a well-respected pulmonology team of 6 physicians and 3 advanced practice providers
• Mostly outpatient with rotating inpatient consultative call at Springfield Memorial Hospital and HSHS St. Johns Hospital in Springfield, IL. Both hospitals have 24-hour intensivist coverage.
• Option to incorporate interventional pulmonology if trained
• Robust, built-in referral network, ensuring immediate patient access and sustained volume
• Experience true practice autonomy within a physician-led organization, with the ability to influence clinical decisions and practice growth
• Sleep Medicine Center located within the medical office building
• Research opportunities with Springfield Clinics own clinical research team who partners with physicians in 65 active trials across various specialties
• Onsite ancillary services, including PFTs, Lab, X-ray, CT & MRI

Compensation & Benefits

• Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary ($405,000)
