Healthcare Connections in Central Illinois is seeking a permanent Otolaryngologist to join a regional rural hospital with a strong reputation and expansive ENT services. You will inherit an established patient panel and have autonomy to shape your own schedule.
The ideal candidate is BC/BE in Otolaryngology; new grads are welcome. Compensation includes base salary, RVUs, and value-based bonuses, with $700k–$900k total annual compensation plus a $75k sign-on and $60k retention bonuses.
