Epic Requirements Active IL license or IMLC accepted Board Eligible or Board Certified ABLS BLS Clean history Clinical Details Outpatient wound care clinic Wound debridement Hyperbaric Oxygen Therapy (HBO) supervision HBO preadmission evaluations and clearance Bedside incision and drainage of abscesses Wound VAC placement and management Suturing and staple placement/removal Tissue biopsies Skin substitute application Ostomy management Vascular and lymphatic assessment and management Comprehensive wound evaluation and treatment planning Support Staff 2 RNs 1 Office Staff Schedule Preferred 5 days per week 4 day schedule may be considered Monday-Thursday or Tuesday-Friday options available Outpatient clinic coverage Next Steps If you're interested, please send:
