• 90-min new visits | 30-min follow-ups
• ADOS testing + behavioral assessments built into workflow
• Hybrid schedule (in-person + telehealth)

• Immediate patient volume (no ramp-up period)
• 80/20 clinical + academic split
• Work alongside an established multidisciplinary team (psych, OT, speech, LCSW)
