Total Joint Surgeon

to step into immediate volume and a robust referral base. This is a rare opportunity to join a collegial team, enjoy a 2-year partnership track, and achieve earning potential over $1.1 million —all while living in a welcoming Midwest community.

• Fully physician-owned group with complete ancillary services
• Volume: 500–600 total joint cases annually + strong referral network
• Schedule:
  
  2.5 days of OR block time weekly
• Growth:
  Partnership track within 2 years + ownership options in ASC, PT, imaging, and walk-in clinic
• Support:
  Experienced staff and APP support after 6 months for an efficient, well-run practice
• Compensation:
