Coverage &
Schedule:
Clinical Cardiac Electrophysiology call coverage only – no clinic time
Team prefers one physician to cover one week per month
Multiple physicians will be considered if needed
Facility will accept multiple providers
30-minute call response time required
Practice Setting & Patient Volume:
400+ bed hospital
Patient volume varies based on hospital census and need for EP services
Patients per shift will depend on hospital volume while on call
Admissions required
Coverage includes assigned and unassigned patients
Stroke-certified hospital
Level I/II Trauma setting
Support & Systems:
EMR:
Epic
Requirements:
Active Illinois license – Required
Electrophysiology Fellowship – Required
ABLS, ACLS, and BLS – Required
