Physician Assisant - Wound care

Job Details:

• Provide wound care services in an outpatient clinic setting with approximately 25 patient encounters per shift

• Cover 8-week assignment from mid-July through beginning of September while regular APRN is on medical leave

• Schedule flexibility available: 5 days per week preferred, but open to 4 days per week (Tuesday-Friday or Monday-Thursday)

• APRN, PA, or physician candidates welcome (preference for APRN or PA)

• Must be licensed in Illinois or hold IMLC credentials

• Board certification required with ABLS and BLS certifications

• Credentialing timeframe approximately 30 days

• Single provider preferred but willing to consider alternating coverage every two weeks

• Submit risk form, NPDB, CV, and provider availability for phone interview when bidding

Compensation:
Competitive hourly rates with weekly pay and malpractice included.
