This facility is seeking an Electrophysiology Cardiology Physician for locum tenens support as they look to fill a current need.

Details and requirements for this opportunity:

• Schedule:
  
  Call-only coverage. Preferred coverage model is 1 physician covering 1 week per month. Coverage is provided in 24-hour shifts from 6:00 AM to 6:00 AM. Coverage dates include:
  • September 28, 2026
    - May 17, 2027 No clinic responsibilities.
• Practice Setting:
  Inpatient hospital-based practice at HSHS St. John's Hospital in Springfield, Illinois.
• Type of Cases and Required Procedures:
  Electrophysiology call coverage. Volume varies based on hospital census and Electrophysiology service needs. Specific procedures not specified.
• Credentialing Timeframe: 30 days
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR):
  Epic
• Certifications
  
  Required:
  
  Advanced Cardiac Life Support (ACLS), Basic Life Support (BLS), Drug Enforcement Administration License (DEA), Advanced Burn Life Support (ABLS), Board Certified
