- Established practice with 1 Family Medicine Physician, 3 Internal Medicine Physicians and 4 APP's

- Call 1:7 weekends (Clinic Call only)
- 24-hour Tele Nurse Service

- Friday 8am- 4pm - Athena EMR

Compensation and Benefit Highlights:
- Competitive 2-year guaranteed base salary ($265,000) plus Commencement bonus and relocation assistance
