We’re seeking a compassionate and committed School Psychologist to join a collaborative and student-centered academic team in Cook County, IL for the 2026–2027 school year. In this role, you’ll apply your expertise to support students’ academic, social-emotional, and behavioral success within the school environment.
- Location: In-person in Cook County, IL (hybrid or remote options are not available)
- Schedule: Monday–Friday
- Hours: 32.5–37 hours per week
- Grade Level(s): To be determined
- Duration: August 2026 – June 2027
- Provide direct psychological services to students with social, emotional, and behavioral needs outlined in their IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and assessments in the social-emotional and behavioral domains
- Develop, implement, and support Functional Behavioral Assessments (FBAs) and Behavior Intervention Plans (BIPs)
- Deliver individual and group counseling services as appropriate
- Participate in IEP meetings, documentation, and multidisciplinary team collaboration
- Provide consultation and support to educators, administrators, and families
- Assist with crisis intervention and student support as needed
- Illinois Professional Educator License (PEL) with School Psychologist endorsement required
- Master’s degree or higher in School Psychology or a related field
- Prior school-based experience strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
