Responsibilities
Private Applied Music Instructors will be responsible for the following duties:
- Provide private instrumental and voice lessons to registered students
- Attend juries for music majors
- Attend end-of-term recital
Work schedule is determined by student needs and enrollment. Pay is $350 per student in 100-level lessons and $700 per student in 200-level lessons.

Position RequirementsInstructors must meet the following requirements:
- Private applied instructors should hold a master’s degree in music or a master’s degree in another area with at least 18 graduate hours in music.
- A demonstrated proficiency in the instrument.
