LLCC Jacksonville Student Worker

Lincoln Land Community College is currently accepting applications for a Student Worker to provide clerical assistance to the staff at the Jacksonville Outreach Center.

• Provide front line assistance to students, staff and community
• Clerical duties including making copies, refilling printers, data entry, answering phones, etc.
• Assist students with online account activation, book ordering, bookstore needs, etc.
• Assist with Jacksonville events including set‑up and general organization
• Provide coverage as needed for staff breaks/lunches
• Other duties as assigned

• Uphold LLCC’s mission and standards of conduct within the College and in dealings with students, staff, faculty and the general public.
• Comply with FERPA and other regulations regarding confidentiality and access to student and institutional records.

• Maintain satisfactory academic progress.
• Be enrolled at least half‑time (6 credit hours) during the semester of employment, except for summer term.
• Complete LLCC’s mandatory harassment prevention training within 30 days of employment.

Students eligible for Federal Work Study funds will receive first preference. Student Workers will be paid minimum wage and scheduled to work up to 20 hours per week during office hours (Monday‑Friday 8 A.M. – 5 P.M.).

If working with minors, employment will be contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
