Strategic Lead, Advisor Education & Marketing

• Lead the strategy and execution of Northern Trust Asset Management’s advisor education platform
• Develop a best-in-class curriculum of programs, experiences, and content for advisors
• Partner with Wealth Client Group distribution leaders, subject matter experts, and marketing partners
• Develop and lead advisor engagement program strategy aligned with distribution priorities and business objectives
• Build a multi-format curriculum addressing a broad spectrum of advisor needs
• Create a scalable delivery model using self-serve digital resources, wholesaler-led engagement, and customized experiences
• Develop advisor- and client-facing components across digital, print, and in-person formats
• Translate technical concepts into clear, compelling, advisor-relevant education
• Build a dedicated digital platform hub to drive awareness, following, and engagement
• Equip wholesalers with tools and resources supporting consultative client conversations
• Develop segment-specific approaches in coordination with the field
• Establish reporting cadence and use performance insights to refine program priorities, channel mix, and delivery approach
• Define KPIs including CE completions, event participation, content consumption, engagement quality, and pipeline influence

• 10+ years of experience in asset management marketing, with meaningful experience in advisor education strategy and content creation
• Deep familiarity with how advisors across RIA, wirehouse, and broker-dealer segments consume content and engage with asset manager education, events, and practice support
• Demonstrated ability to develop and execute multi-format learning experiences at scale, including webinar series, in-person event materials, and self-serve digital resources
• Superior content strategy skills and editorial judgment
• Ability to understand investment solutions and translate technical concepts into effective program content
• Collaborative working style and ability to influence across Sales, Investments, Product, Compliance, and Marketing
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail and comfort presenting to senior internal and external audiences
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-performing environment and engage confidently with senior stakeholders
• Experience with CE-accredited programming and working knowledge of FINRA/CFP CE requirements preferred
• Experience presenting advisor education programs to advisor audiences preferred
• Relevant licensing or credentials supporting CE delivery and credibility are a plus
