Lincoln Land Community College is looking for qualified part-time instructors to teach Public Speaking courses at the college's main campus in Springfield and our Beardstown location during class times listed below.

• Springfield Campus Mon/Wed/Fri 10:00 AM - 10:50 AM
• Beardstown Campus Mon 9:00 AM - 11:30 AM

As an Adjunct Faculty member at LLCC, you will receive

• one paid absence per class, per semester
• free access to the LLCC Fitness Center (during available hours)
• a travel stipend if commuting more than twenty miles to campus
• a tuition waiver benefit for adjunct faculty and their dependents under the age of 22
• adjuncts with qualifying assignments also participate in the State Universities Retirement System (SURS)

Position Requirements

Applicants must possess a master's degree with a minimum of 18 graduate hours of coursework in Communication. Prior teaching experience is preferred; experience in teaching a 100-level college course in public speaking a plus. Employment is contingent upon successful completion of a criminal background check.
